Elgin Enamelled Watch Dial With Roman Numerals 28.4mm Diameter. Enamelled watch dial with 3 lugs approximate centres are 23.5mm inline with centre then 19mm & 14.5mm approximately. There is some minor edge chipping of the dial with a couple of larger bites. This dial has been in a cabinet since the 1960's so I unable to give any further information. Purchases on parts and incomplete movements are final and non returnable unless I have incorrectly stated details as to condition or given some form of warranty.
